This course covers knowledge and information to keep you safe and and avoid danger whilst entering, moving around & exiting Substations. It fulfils the requirements of The Health & Safety at Work Act and the “Distribution Safety Rules”.

Description

This interactive 1-day course covers the safety requirements for working in the vicinity of High Voltage electrical equipment, it highlights electrical hazards and the precautions necessary to avoid danger.

The course will ensure all candidates who successfully achieve the course, have demonstrated their professionalism, safe behaviour and competence to understand and manage their responsibilities when entering, working inside or exiting electrical substations.

This course includes a multiple-choice online test to demonstrate the level of knowledge required has been achieved.
